Man Returns Library Book That Was Overdue By 21 Years

A Texas man who borrowed a book 21 years ago finally returned the book, which he stumbled upon recently, to the library. He was not charged the nearly $2700 fine as a goodwill gesture. He applied for a brand new library card with the promise to make future timely returns.
